We are seeking a React Front-End Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, building, and maintaining high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React, modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud-native development, along with a passion for creating scalable, user-centric digital experiences.

Job Title: React Front-End Developer Location: Bentonville, AR (On-site) Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Job Description:

The React Front-End Developer will be responsible for developing responsive, reusable, and high-performance front-end components for enterprise web applications. As a React Front-End Developer , you will leverage ReactJS, React Hooks, and NextJS to build scalable UI solutions while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance. The React Front-End Developer will work closely with UX, product, and backend teams to translate requirements into functional and technical designs. This React Front-End Developer role requires strong understanding of React fundamentals, modern JavaScript, and cloud-based environments. The React Front-End Developer will also contribute to containerized deployments and modern DevOps workflows. (5/5)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end modules using ReactJS, React Hooks, and NextJS.

• Build responsive, cross-browser compatible, and high-performance web applications.

• Apply strong understanding of React fundamentals including Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and state management.

• Implement reusable UI components using Redux, Flux, or similar libraries.

• Translate functional and technical requirements into intuitive user interface designs.

• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to integrate APIs and services.

• Support containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and maximum reusability.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4 6 years of experience as a React Front-End Developer or similar role.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, React Hooks, and NextJS.

• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• 3+ years of experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Flux, or Flow.

• 2+ years of experience working with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or similar cloud stacks.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and front-end architecture.
